"O happy fault, O necessary sin of Adam!" ~Exultet, Easter Vigil
A life-coach told me, "You're perfect right now." I tried it out and found it boring. My imperfections delight me more. I'm even less perfect than I was yesterday, thank God.
Why
evoke the concept of "perfection" at all, unless you are still
unconsciously seeking some status, some finished state? Why would anyone want to be finished?
God is perfect. God is
one. Hence, to be perfect, we must all become alike. But God creates me to be like
no one. Therefor, God commands me to abandon perfection.
So here I fall, a sloppy fractaled measureless spill from on high, into the blessed ocean of my flaws.
