A Simpler Way

Don't wait for the shift to occur. You are the shift. Don't wait for the grand alignment of planets and stars. You are the alignment. You are not "in" the world or "of" the world. You are the world. 
 
Feel the new earth. Feel it into creation. Do not will it or think it, but feel it. You are embarking on a whole new way, the Simpler Way, without a journey. Creation happens. The new earth manifests on the threshold of silence, like a faint ripple on a still sea. It happens at the subtlest level of energy, which is the breath of emptiness. Felt, not thought. Listened to, not spoken. 

 

You no longer need to take up a "cause." You are the cause. You no longer need to impose an ideology upon others. That was like shouting at people from another room. Now just be present, sensing their energy, attuning to their frequency, gazing into their faces through the eye of your heart. Move them without joining any movement.

 

Before the new earth manifests, it is sympathy, the feel of friendship in your heart. This energetic friendship is the stuff of creation. When your mind is clear, transparent, free of thoughts, the feeling that flows through your heart is the hum of the first Word, creating the universe. 

It has no meaning. It is just vibration, warmth, and light. So  the Vedic scriptures declare, "Adau Bhagavan shabda rasahi: In the beginning, the Lord created all things through a stream of sound." The "beginning" is not in time. It is the quietest level of sensation in your hridaya chakra.

Another name for the heart chakra is "anahatta," which means "unstruck." The stream of sound that generates the world is a tingling energy flowing through your heart like a gong spontaneously ringing without being struck. This is the music of the spheres, the sound of the Vedas, the harmony of the universe created out of silence, not by a Creator, but by itself, through the Self-delight of its own inherent nature. 

It is the Logos, the Word that springs out of the very nature of divine silence, without being spoken. And this pure intelligence of creation is your own awareness when your mind is simply listening. Listening to what? To silence itself.

 

As this formless hum flows through you, the world takes form, requiring no political plan or blueprint, no doctrine either of the right or the left, Christian or Muslim. Just a stream of warmth, a resonance of gold. The angels and elemental spirits of soil, air, fire and water will do the rest. Here is true faith. As Jesus said, "Seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and all these other things will be added." 

 

Radiate your new earth from the most innocent, natural, and gentle level of affection, where anger, vengeance, and greed cannot exist. They are crude emotions that simply dissolve as you sink into the depths of the hridaya chakra. Only beauty can manifest from the energy of grace.

 

When you dwell in the womb of the Unmanifest, manifestation happens. Creation springs out of silence without your doing. Realizing this may take you less than a breath, or another thousand lifetimes. It's up to you. Just practice the Simpler Way. Rest the mind in the heart. Dissolve the journey.
