Downpour

This morning's meditation is no downpour of rain, but a downpour of light. Downpour inpour outpour thrupour splendor so intense if I resist I feel pain and confusion, but if I open my soul like a grail each cell of my flesh a thirsty mouth to solar infinities of intergalactic friendship, I Am We Are a humble vessel of emptiness for unbounded love, abundance, healing, beauty, flowing into Me out of You, into You out of Me, unbuttoning the wedding garment of the Earth, but don't forget O do not forget to take your body with you, fellow pilgrim on the pathless cross of Light that leads us all directions up and down, inward outward resurrection now because we first with courage became flesh and descended into the refiner's fire of our humanity, and so I celebrate the alchemy the energy of God and Goddess entangled in my vertebrae to share a mad sweet hymn...

The Guru is my heart.
The Goddess is my breath.
My temple is this moment.
Friend, more inward to me
than I Am,
each atom of my flesh
condensed from your Love,
the emptiness between the atoms
vibrant with your cry of Love,
even the darkness
beyond the stars
woven from your brilliant
threads of Love, O Lord,
I tremble to the myrrh
of your ineffable fragrance
I feel the glow of your
breathless song
from a garden deep
in my bones,
a faint inward glimmer that
seems like nothing at all
yet pervades creation.
Your glow in me
is my work.
Your Name cannot be spoken.
It is a perfect secret
kept in my chest
between rising and falling.
It is the ocean of silence
dancing in waves of Love.
Hosts of seraphim guard
the holy secret
from their watchtower
over the sea.
I think all angels and masters
are one fountain of splendor
ascending and descending
in my spine.
But let me not forget,
O let me not forget
to take this body with me!
