Good Dust

Dust is good,
but merely dust.
The body is good, but dust, 
and dust is our food.
Feeding the hungry is good,
but bread is dust 
and cannot breathe. 
What shall we eat?
How can we give?
Taste the food in this breath,
the name of the Friend.
Give to the poor in spirit
the prayer of the heart, 
and share the Bread of Life.
