Strawberry Moon

When I laugh, when I weep, when I sing, when my mind evaporates in the silence of meditation, I have no chakras. My natal chart is a blank page. I am scrawling it now. The golden sun expands and contracts in my diaphragm. The rising and falling of my belly turns the wheel of the planets. Floating between my eyebrows, the strawberry moon. The Milky Way pours down my spine into the chalice of my heart, this flesh spun from gossamer star clusters. The amethyst of Christ burns a black hole deep inside my brain, precisely the same black hole at the center of every galaxy. Lit with flames, my pituitary hangs like a chandelier in that secret chamber of darkness. My pineal gland is a Christal Eye that beams sweet fire into every cell of my body, overflowing into forests, rivers, clouds, and thirsty streets. This is the Single Eye that Jesus called a pearl of great price, that Buddha called the diamond in the lotus, that Shankara called the crest jewel of wisdom. This Eye no longer sees light, but creates light. This Eye is a fountain of worlds. My tears become realms of compassion where countless souls come for rest and healing. And when I laugh, my smile expands beyond the lineaments of human form. I cannot be contained by three dimensions, five dimensions, or twelve. For there is only one dimension, the Present Moment, a dimension with no higher planes or lower planes, for the only plane is Wonder. You might think that I am singing, friend. But I am not singing, I am the song. Who is singing me? Who is singing you? The Mother's grace. Forgive me for this joy, especially in such a time when angst and gloom are fashionable. Forgive me my truth, but truth must stand naked before you. Every subatomic particle of mater-matter is a wave of solidified joy. Ecstasy is our birthright and our very breath. Who is singing me? Who is singing you? O Friend, surrender to the Mother's grace, and all shall be well, and all shall be very well.
