Come Om

You can choose to live in a gray ghost world of abstractions, beliefs, political concepts, hovering just outside your skin. Or you can come Om to this body. Dissolve thought into sensation. Feel the throb of every cell, the sparkle of each electron, the whole past and future in the flash of a synapse. The cosmos of your flesh is an energy-field that does not end at your outline, but irradiates the sky, ocean, mountains, stars, with intimate sensuality. As you return to your body and awaken the energy, one breath can heal the world for a thousand miles around you. Your life is to be felt, not named. It is vastly more important to love than to be "right."
